An old friend of mine. Her dad took himself out. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He did it when he started to realize his mind was going. He didn’t want that for himself or to be a burden to his family. And I totally get his decision. And I would do the same. I just wish it didn’t have to be done the way he did it.
