Question. I’ve switched my guys to do one call closes. We solely do SMS and call within 1 minute of it hitting CRM. I actually do the rehab for a lot of my buyers/ clients and then buy myself. So because of that and Claude being the goat I’ve set up the CRM where we can get comps with a simple API call and then I built in my rehab estimator and we have gotten within $850 on every deal so far so it’s easy to evaluate a deal. My question is with it being one call closes do you think that’ll fuck with rapport? A big big part of the new script is rapport building but have you ever dabbled in one call closes like that and if so have you had any conversion issues because of lack of rapport?
