The fact that he’s negotiating tells me he has 0 leverage. He has no interest in taking that car back with 100’s of miles on it. He will lose far more than the $4200 unwinding the deal. He could do it out of spite absolutely by from a business standpoint he doesn’t have a leg to stand on.
