The ICPC process!!! Like this cannot be the best way for kids to be with family that don’t live in the state. The length and complication of the process completely goes against what’s in the best interest of the kids!

Hospitals having days or weeks of knowing there’s a problem, calling it in at the last possible minute, and then expecting immediate placement. That and psychiatrists, or the pediatric oncologist who tried to tell me mom was obviously psychotic because she was asking for a refill of her OMEPRAZOLE. We argued about how omeprazole was in fact NOT an antipsychotic but is a PPI used for GERD. I told him then I must be psychotic took because I took 40mg that morning.
