@mandm13cm: 🎸 Status Quo - Down Down (1974) | Written by Francis Rossi and Bob Young. A High-Energy Highway Anthem. Their First Major Global Hit. Co-written by Francis Rossi and Bob Young, Down Down transformed Status Quo into British boogie rock legends with its driving 12-bar blues riff and unstoppable energy. Featured on their landmark 1975 album On the Level, the track hit No. 1 on the UK Singles Chart in January 1975, becoming the band’s signature global anthem. A timeless masterclass in pure, unpretentious hard rock guitar power. ⚠️ This video is created for educational and storytelling purposes. #StatusQuo #DownDown #FrancisRossi #BobYoung #OntheLevel #70sRock #BoogieRock #HardRock #ClassicRock #MusicHistory
