this is horrible for the eyes , i’ve gotten mineral oil in one eye when i was younger my 2013 vision went to 2026 vision while my other is still 2013-2014

Coconut oil is actually super good for your gums and teeth. If you swish it over in ur mouth it pulls out food and etc, but you don’t swallow it or at least I don’t !
