I don't have bipolar or BPD (I have MDD/GAD/PMDD/ADHD). But I follow many of you beautiful people dealing with bipolar and BPD. I have learned a lot. Our struggles are not the exact same, but they overlap. You are so inspiring and strong, but I wish you didn't have to be so strong all the time. It can be a heavy burden to carry. 🙏🏼 🫂 Your feelings are valid. This does not make you a bad person, this isnt a reflection of your character.

I don’t go to church anymore. But I have bipolar and the only thing that gets me through sometimes is praying to God to help me be strong and stay your on earth. Honestly, it’s incredibly difficult being bipolar. I’ve been having bipolar rage lately with my 22 year-old daughter and I said horrible things to her yesterday and threw her things across the room totally crashed out the guilt you feel after that is horrible like you shouldn’t be honest with hurting the person who loved the most I felt like I didn’t wanna be honest with after that yesterday, but I prayed to God I’ll be strong to stay here for her as we lost her father two years ago. I can’t go out that way. I can’t leave her now. I have to keep on moving so please just maybe try to pray or talk to whoever you find comforting and try to be strong. It really does suck being bipolar. No one understands if they don’t have it my daughter has it as well unfortunately, she’s the fourth generation that we know Of mine so untreatable that I’ve been disability since 26 I will say a prayer for you🥰🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
