@amanda_davie: Today I treated myself like a kid. I woke up when I was ready, I ate when I was hungry, stopped when I was full. I took a walk, I stopped when something caught my eye, I jogged when I felt like it. We went to the lake and I played with the spray, enjoyed the sun on my face, laughed at the window, and, after careful consultation with Sean, I jumped in the water. #emptynest #lakegeorge #adirondacks #autumnswim
