@amyslouisianakitc: Oatmeal Toffee Scotchies 1-1/4 cups All-purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats 3/4 Butter, softened 1/2 cup white Sugar 1 cup Dark Brown Sugar 1 Large Egg 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 11-ounce pkg Butterscotch Chips 8-ounce pkg Chocolate covered Toffee Bits (1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (2) Combine flour, oats, Baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a bowl. Whisk to mix. (3) With an electric mixer beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. (4) Add egg and beat in well. (5) With mixer on low slowly add in the dry ingredients. (6) Stir in butterscotch chips and toffee bits. (7) Drop a rounded tablespoon full onto greased Baking sheets. (7) Bake 12 minutes until browned. (8) Cool on pan for 2 minutes then remove to a wire rack and let cool completely. Store in airtight container. Enjoy with a tall cold glass of milk. #cookies #butterscotch #toffee #oatmeal #Recipe
