The moment you move the shifter there is either going to be more or lest tension on the clutch so if you put it in first it may not fully engage when you pull the clutch and then if you were in like 6th the clutch would be engaged like a 1/4 or 1/2 the way while driving

Well if the concept actually works like it’s supposed to and can actually clutch all the way in with just ur hand it would be kinda more useful for certain situations where you can do no lift shifts and can gain those couple of seconds you would normally lose trying to do it with both feet
