This episode Is really important to me, I've never seen a better representation on how people with anxiety behave and feel. As a Person that suffers from several anxiety and panic attacks for years i never knew what I wanted from other people, I was Just scared. Seeing Tweek having anxiety overwhelms me because it's exactly how i used to feel, pulling hair or clothes needing to escape from something I didnt even know what It was, seeing Tweek not controlling himself and getting more anxious when Craig tried to calm him down logically saying

This episode Is really important to me, I've never seen a better representation on how people with anxiety behave and feel. As a Person that suffers from several anxiety and panic attacks for years i never knew what I wanted from other people, I was Just scared. Seeing Tweek having anxiety overwhelms me because it's exactly how i used to feel, pulling hair or clothes needing to escape from something I didnt even know what It was, seeing Tweek not controlling himself and getting more anxious when Craig tried to calm him down logically saying "nothing Is wrong" Is the typical answer everyone gives to people with anxiety, in my Life a lot of people near me tried to act like Craig did, thinking It logically telling me there Is no reason to panic and to Just calm down but it's not what the person Need in that moment of pure panic, Logic Is nothing in that moment. I thought I was the weird One for saying I didnt want a Logic answer but After this episode I feel seen, I didnt want people to brush my anxiety off i Just wanted for them to understand It and just be next to me, it's not about solving anxiety but embracing It together because alone the anxiety and thoughts are too messy and scary but with someone else it feel safer, I love this episode so much. #tiktok #foryou #southpark #fyp #viral
