@ssm_animmelodies: EP.08 | The Child They Three Away 🌍Cut the Brakes Three years ago, a month after his brother's death, Chief Nnamdi sits in his dark study under the portraits of past Ibekwe leaders and tells two guards that people are already whispering that Adaeze will lead and open the vault. He says the wealth he built belongs to him, that Adaeze's daughter is only four and too young to help her mother, and that Adaeze is clever and will gather the elders against him. He declares that he will not let her lead the family or the community, and orders her dead, but not murdered: it must look like an accident, with no blood on his hands. When the guard asks about the brakes, Nnamdi smiles and tells them to cut them, so the whole town can weep for her tomorrow. The next day at night, a guard slips out from under Adaeze's parked car wiping his hands. Adaeze, unaware, buckles her seatbelt, smiles, and drives away. #fyp #reels #viral #anime #nollywood
