![Understanding the importance of prayer | Salah in Islam: “How you not pray | How your children not pray. • Find Your Peace: The Power of Prayer. • Prayer (Ṣalāh) holds a central place in Islam and is considered the most important form of worship after the declaration of faith. It is both an obligation and a spiritual connection between a Muslim and Allah. 1. Commanded Directly by Allah in the Qur’an: • Establishment of Prayer: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:43): “And establish prayer and give zakah and bow with those who bow [in worship and obedience].” •First Obligation After Faith: Surah Al-Baqarah (2:3): “Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them.” • Regular Prayer Prevents Evil: Surah Al-Ankabut (29:45): “Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater.” 2. Pillar of Islam (Hadith): • From the Hadith of Jibril (Gabriel): The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Islam is built upon five [pillars]: testifying that there is no deity but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establishing the prayer...” (Sahih Bukhari & Muslim) Prayer as the Defining Line Between Belief and Disbelief: • The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The covenant that distinguishes between us and them (non-Muslims) is the prayer; whoever abandons it has disbelieved.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 2621) 3. The First Thing Accounted for on the Day of Judgment: • The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “The first matter that the slave will be brought to account for on the Day of Judgment is the prayer. If it is sound, then the rest of his deeds will be sound. And if it is bad, then the rest of his deeds will be bad.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 413) 4. Direct Connection to Allah No Intermediary: In prayer, the believer directly communicates with Allah without any mediator. • The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “When one of you prays, he is conversing privately with his Lord.” (Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih Muslim) how to have motivation to pray in islam Dark Motivation motivation to pray best gym motivation best dua for forgiveness strong mindset motivation how to get motivation to pray how to repent in islam #creatorsearchinsights #prayer #motivation #salah #Islam #muslim #islamicmotivation #muslimtiktok #islamic_video #islamicreminder #relatable](/video/cover/7492846550637415685.webp)
