![🚨Ryan Giggs on Manchester United’s worst start to a Premier League season after earning just seven points from seven games: 🎙️ Reporter: Ryan, Manchester United have managed just seven points from their opening seven games after drawing 1–1 with Leeds United. How embarrassing is this situation for a club of United’s stature? 🗣️ Ryan Giggs: “Honestly, it is insulting. Absolutely insulting. This is Manchester United we are talking about, one of the biggest football clubs in the world, and we are sitting here discussing seven points from seven games as though it is normal. Since when did Manchester United become a club where mediocrity is accepted? “Look at the players. Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire and the rest of this squad. These are players who wear the Manchester United shirt, a shirt that carries history, expectations and responsibility. You cannot keep putting on that shirt every week, delivering performances like these and expect supporters to remain patient forever. “The problem is not just one player. It is the mentality throughout the team. Where is the urgency? Where is the aggression? Where is that hunger to win football matches? We used to go into games believing we could beat anybody. Now, opponents come up against Manchester United believing they have a genuine chance to take points from us. “And Michael Carrick must take responsibility as well. I have nothing against him personally, but standing on the touchline looking calm, acting as though everything is under control, does not change what we are seeing on the pitch. Seven points from seven games is a disgrace for a club with these ambitions. We need to see answers, not just a composed manager while the season slips away. “Look at Liverpool. Look at the standards they have built and the confidence they carry into matches. I can tell you something: I recently had a conversation with Jamie Carragher, and he was laughing about United’s situation. He said, ‘Ryan, I never thought I would see the day when Manchester United supporters would be celebrating a draw against Leeds like it was a major achievement.’ “I looked at him and told him to be careful because football has a way of changing quickly. But deep down, I knew exactly what he meant. When Liverpool legends can sit there and make a mockery of Manchester United, you know things have gone seriously wrong. Our rivals are enjoying this because we have given them every reason to laugh at us. “That is what hurts the most. This is a club that once made opponents nervous before they even stepped onto the pitch. Now, we are becoming the team everyone wants to play against because they believe we will give them opportunities. “And let me be clear: the players cannot hide behind the manager, and the manager cannot hide behind the players. Bruno has to lead. The defenders have to defend properly. The attackers have to take responsibility for creating and scoring goals. Every single person involved must look in the mirror. “Manchester United have become a shame of a football club in terms of the standards we are accepting right now. I am not saying the club has lost its history, because nobody can take that away from us. But history means nothing if you refuse to live up to it. Seven points from seven games is unacceptable, the performances are worrying, and the excuses must stop. If Carrick and these players cannot turn this around quickly, then difficult questions must be asked. Manchester United should never be comfortable being a laughing stock.” [ This is the source @UTD_Seth001 ]#mufc #manutd #manchesterunited #creatorsearchinsights #capcut](/video/cover/7698025017983913223.webp)
