@teamkuam: Team KUAM headed out for a windshield assessment this afternoon to scope the state of the island. Adelup tells KUAM the Governor is to announce COR 4 at 6pm today. Please wait for the all clear to leave your homes or shelters. Signs of debris and fallen trees were seen on the roads, especially in southern areas of the island. Hazardous waves remain on the beaches, we advise the public to stay away from shores. In brighter news, there is much less debris compared to Super Typhoons Sinlaku and Bavi, which both hit Guam previously this year.
