This is the wholesome version of that woman who was rescued but hated her kidnapper’s daughter for most of her (the daughter’s) adult life. [Crying][Crying][Crying]. In that version, she blamed the child because - in addition to everything else - when the woman tried to escape when the girl was 3, the little girl came crying after her and that’s how she was trapped again and kept prisoner for the next 7 years. During those 11 years of captivity, the woman’s parents died of heartbreak. It was such a horrible story where you couldn’t help feeling sorry for both of them. Thankfully, at the end, the mother and daughter made peace with each other.
