Add your flavourings and colours to each mixture: Cocoa: Add cocoa powder and mix gently until well combined. Pink: Add a few drops of pink food colouring and mix gently. Blue: Add a few drops of blue food colouring and mix gently. 6. Gently fold each mixture until the colours and cocoa powder are evenly distributed. 7. Spoon the different mixtures into ice cream lolly moulds, creating separate colours or layering them for a colourful effect. 8. Insert the lolly sticks. 9. Place the plastic moulds in the freezer, not the fridge, and freeze until completely firm, preferably for 4–8 hours or overnight. Enjoy your homemade cocoa, pink and blue ice cream lollies! 🍦
