@future.hype3: Halle Berry has spent decades building a successful Hollywood career, but her latest custody dispute is bringing renewed attention to her complicated relationships and ongoing legal battles. The 60-year-old actress is currently in a legal dispute with her former husband, Olivier Martinez, over their 13-year-old son, Maceo. Martinez has accused Berry of physically harming their son during an argument at her Los Angeles home on September 26. Berry has strongly denied the allegations, calling Martinez's legal filing misleading and without merit. She maintains that she has never physically or emotionally Ab\*sed her son and is asking the court to restore their previous shared-custody arrangement. The case has now taken another significant turn. Berry's 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, submitted a declaration supporting her mother. She described Berry as a loving and devoted parent and stated that she had never witnessed her mother physically Ab\*se Maceo. However, Martinez is pursuing sole custody and has asked the court to protect their son through a restraining order. A judge has temporarily changed the custody arrangements and ruled that Maceo may testify in connection with the restraining-order request. The dispute comes after years of difficult legal proceedings following Berry's previous relationships. Her separation from Martinez took eight years to resolve, with their divorce finalized in 2023. An unnamed longtime acquaintance also made claims about Berry's emotional reactions, although those personal opinions do not establish what happened in the current case. For now, the allegations remain disputed, and the court must consider the evidence before making further decisions about Maceo's future. Behind the celebrity headlines, a child and his family's well-being remain at the center of a deeply personal legal dispute. \#HalleBerry #OlivierMartinez #CelebrityNews #HollywoodDrama #custodydispute
