I understand the dispatcher needs your location, but the driver calling her is clearly in danger if she pulls over. the dispatcher needs to pinpoint her location herself, or get cops to that intersection and go from there. if they know what both vehicles are and their license plates plus a general area of where they are, they should be able to find them with little issue

If the dispatcher was really confused on where she was, she could’ve looked up her location herself like all you have to do is look at the phone number or the IP address that they’re calling from
