@thebaghag: Yesterday's protests across the city of Paris and the whole of France was a real eye-opening and sad, unfortunate experience for all. I found myself trapped in an area between 2 pocket protests after the transport system was crippled 🙈 It was my first time to see a batallion of riot police in full gear and ready for battle, and that was honestly so intimidating and scary. Thankfully at least from where I was at that time, there was no violence or looting -- there was tear gas thrown though to disperse the crowds 🙈 Other areas were not so lucky as you can see from this video put together by @popcorn.paris. I hope this beautiful country and her people can heal soon 💔🙏🏻 Be well, everyone! #Paris #October17
