I took a skate right through the middle of my eyebrow, first time getting stitches at about 11 or 12. I still remember watching my dad screwing visors on mine and my brother's helmuts the next day

In their faces … why is it every time some random, very rare event happens it becomes a bunch of people who aren’t involved or knowledgeable in the activity of concern that demand solutions based on what they would do … what do you know about it? You don’t even play the game … and before anyone who played hockey for whatever years, unless you played at this level, you haven’t played hockey like these guys do so please … that’s like a community college freshman wanting to talk about what going thru med school is like … ya it’s all “higher education” but not even close by comparison … if you get to that level, then wear the damn full face protection, otherwise society has to stop this knee jerk, know nothing reaction BS
