Abstract :
That's a great line to use. My father may have created me but believes continuing the shit he copped from my grandfather onto me as a form of minimising the violence towards other relatives is normal. Sacrifice one so others prevail type shit, well it has stopped with me and my father has my mother running as messanger trying to seek reconciliation can't handle the silence yet won't acknowledge he enabled the violence. I get some men were so numbed by what happened that it became normal but deep down it makes them a truly cruel asshole if halfway through they can't see a reflection of themselves in the person their hurting be it pleading, crying, whimpering, the stone cold look of hatred. In that moment if a man can remember all that while in the act of inflicting pain then ignore the flashbacks fuck them they are way past redemption.

🚨 STOP! YOUR BODY IS TALKING! Are you experiencing dark circles, dandruff, brittle hair, hormonal acne, poor memory, mood swings, or low stamina? Sometimes, these concerns can be influenced by your diet, lifestyle, sleep quality, hydration, or nutritional status. In this video, discover 9 common body concerns and nutritious foods that can support your overall health, skin, hair, and energy levels. 🥒🥑🌿 1. Dark Circles? 🥒 Eat Cucumbers Cucumbers contain water and help support hydration. Staying hydrated may improve the appearance of tired-looking skin, especially when dehydration contributes to the problem. However, dark circles can also be related to genetics, allergies, pigmentation, or lack of sleep. 2. Dandruff? 🌱 Eat Chia Seeds Chia seeds provide omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and minerals that contribute to a balanced diet. Healthy fats support normal skin function, but chia seeds are not a proven treatment for dandruff. Persistent dandruff may require an appropriate anti-dandruff shampoo. 3. Sun Tan? 🍅 Drink Tomato Juice Tomatoes contain lycopene, an antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative damage. Tomato juice can be part of a healthy diet, but it cannot remove an existing tan or replace sunscreen. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen and protective clothing to help prevent further sun damage. 4. Brittle Hair? 🌰 Eat Almonds Almonds provide vitamin E, healthy fats, and some protein, which support overall nutritional health. A balanced diet with adequate protein, iron, zinc, and other essential nutrients helps maintain normal hair growth. Brittle hair can also result from heat styling, chemical treatments, or other underlying issues. 5. Hormonal Acne? 🎃 Eat Pumpkin Seeds Pumpkin seeds contain zinc, magnesium, and healthy fats. Zinc plays a role in normal skin function, and getting enough essential nutrients supports overall skin health. However, pumpkin seeds do not directly balance hormones or cure hormonal acne. Persistent acne may benefit from professional dermatological advice. 6. Poor Memory? 🌿 Try Rosemary Rosemary is an aromatic herb containing antioxidant compounds. It can add flavor to meals and may be included in a healthy eating pattern. However, evidence that rosemary improves memory in everyday use is limited. Good sleep, physical activity, and a balanced diet are important for brain health. 8. Mood Swings? 🥑 Eat Avocados Avocados provide healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber, folate, and potassium. They can help make meals more nutritious and satisfying. A balanced diet supports overall well-being, but mood swings can have many causes, including stress, hormonal changes, poor sleep, and certain medical conditions. 9. Low Stamina? 🌴 Eat Dates Dates provide carbohydrates, which serve as an energy source for the body. They can be a convenient snack before physical activity and also provide fiber and minerals. For sustained energy and exercise recovery, combine a balanced diet with adequate hydration, sleep, and protein. People managing blood glucose levels should consider portion sizes. #FitFoodDoctor #HealthTips #nutritiontips #HealthyFoods #BodySigns body signs and symptoms, signs your body is talking, foods for common health concerns, healthy food tips, nutrition tips, Fit Food Doctor, dark circles remedies, foods for da
