@rickgannon: Just been to the London Dungeon and we had an absolutely fantastic time would definitely recommend it if you’re visiting London You go through different bits of London’s dark history from Guy Fawkes and the torture chamber to the bubonic plague and the plague doctor. Makes you realise how lucky we are living now some of the things they used to do to people were horrendous Then there’s Mrs Lovett’s pie shop and Sweeney Todd before heading into Whitechapel for Jack the Ripper. The actors bring it all to life and there’s plenty of humour mixed in with the scares. I won’t give too much away because not knowing what’s coming is part of the fun For anyone wondering about wheelchair access they have lifts but you do need to book a wheelchair slot in advance as spaces are limited. Some of the ride and seat effects require you to transfer so worth checking what works for you before booking. There’s also a free carer ticket for eligible visitors Adult tickets start from £27 online and children from £22 depending on when you go so worth booking ahead rather than paying on the door It’s dark and there are loud noises, flashing lights and a few jumps so bear that in mind but we absolutely loved it Who’s been and what was your favourite bit #rickgannon
