here is the problem with the way the legal system presently works against People.. if you dont have the money to fight, you accept a pleas deal.. The Prosecution is aware of this and they get a conviction without fuss. No matter how you look at it.. they get a conviction for their books... you suffer the consequences

I got a gun pulled on me because my new expedition, you couldn’t hear his sirens or him telling me to pull over & he said my tint was illegal. Walked away with a warning after he realized the facts & what was going on.

This happen to me in a small town when I got the body cam footage that proved the cop never pulled me over but charged me with fleeing and eluding and when I got my public defender she didn’t represent me at all. It’s sad we have cops like this

They almost always try to get you to take a plea deal and many ppl will just to keep from having to deal with the lengthy court process, even when innocent 🥺
