The fact that taking Grace away from the world meant that Buddy took away Freddy’s entire family, leaving her alone in a world that doesn’t even remember her is just sad. This movie did NOT have a good ending

Theory About the Ending of Buddy I have a theory about what really happens to the children who apparently die in Buddy’s world. I believe that these children don’t actually die. When a child “dies” inside Buddy’s world, they return to the real world, but lose all the memories related to the show and the events they experienced. That way, they would continue living their lives normally, while their family members, friends, and other people close to them would still remember them. This would also explain why Freddy, if she really escaped while keeping her memories, could eventually meet some of the children she thought had died. She could recognize them, even though they themselves wouldn’t remember her or what happened. From there, it would be possible to imagine a continuation where Freddy tries to find out what happened to her friends, helps them recover their memories, and together they try to stop Buddy and put an end to the show. It’s just a theory, but I think it would be an interesting possibility for a continuation of Buddy. I came up with this theory because I just couldn’t accept Hannah and Wade’s deaths. 💔
