what i have learnt 4 week pp with baby 2. The lansol nipple cream destroys your nips. Use coconut oil base, a lot better for your nipples. I have the my little coco, so good. I also recommend silicoln breast milk collector shells as will collect your let down so not wasting all your milk. x

I used the lillets maternity towels and Asda and the lil lets ones were more comfortable and collected more! I think the fat Asda ones moved around quite a bit
