GWYN & AZRIEL · THEIR FIRST DATE · PART I ❄️ If you remember, in our last video, Azriel asked Gwyn to give him an entire day of her time. Well, this is how that day begins! 🤍 They’re making their way through the snowy mountains to somewhere very special, but I can’t reveal their destination just yet. You’ll discover it in Part II, which I’m already so excited to share with you! And this little moment between them is exactly how I’ve always imagined their dynamic. This is, of course, just my personal interpretation, and I completely understand that others might see them differently. But I’ve always imagined Gwyn as someone who sees Azriel’s darkness, not as something bad, not as something that needs to be fixed, but simply as a part of who he is. I don’t think she would ever want to change him or take that darkness away. I imagine her loving and accepting every part of him, while occasionally bringing a little light into his world, just as she does here. Not because he needs to become someone different, but because sometimes even the most serious, guarded person deserves to forget everything for a moment and simply laugh. And I don’t know about you, but watching these two play in the snow, tease each other and end up in that ridiculously adorable situation has completely stolen my heart. I’m so in love with this little moment. 🥹🤍 Little reminder: This story takes place in my alternative Human Universe AU. Gwyn and Azriel are completely human here, so there are no pointed ears, no wings, no magic and no fantasy elements.
