@pdavisjones: The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Ilhan Omar is fighting back. It looks like she's been going on a fundraising bonanza after feds executed a search warrant at her personal residence recently, and she's using a lot of that money to hire attorneys. Her attorneys are already alleging a couple process violations. They say that the general counsel of the House of Representatives should have been notified about the search warrant before it was executed. They're saying that they were supposed to receive a copy before it was executed, and they're claiming that there are multiple constitutional violations to all this, that Ilhan Omar's constitutional rights have been violated, and also that this is a separation of powers issue. The Journal and other outlets are also reporting on a violation of norms where typically the Justice Department does not pursue investigations involving politicians within 60 days of an election. The midterms are only 22 days away, but in my research, this is mostly a non-issue. It looks like Ilhan Omar is a shoo-in to win reelection. I had a hard time even finding polling on her race. I think that this is a much bigger issue and story for her because it looks like the administration has made it known that they are attempting to build a case to denaturalize and deport her. So, in this video, we're going to look at the updates to this case and what we can determine about the official direction of these efforts by the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Attorney's Office. #news #politics #minnesota #trump #immigration

1982 to “the 90s” would have her being a legitimate teenager. She wouldn’t be 18 until 2000

I know that if I did nothing wrong, I wouldn’t care what they looked at or what they took. Nothing to hide.

I feel like we wait and see. Is there something there? With this Justice Department having whiffed enough times…I just want to follow the evidence.
