As long as it’s safe and affordable I think it’s almost better then being in a full building in the city. No need to worry about traffic, noise (yours or others), and it seems really peaceful. Almost like having a private residence. And it’s not so far from the city that it is inconvenient to go in for things.

if it wasnt for the lack of resources, it'd be paradise for most people. cheap rent, small population. the selling aspect isn't too bad. with multiple generations there, is there ever a need to sell? as long as the place isn't falling apart, you got a lot of years there. and I mean, A LOT

I live in rural Texas and everyone out here prizes being able to live with few to no neighbors. It takes us 15 minutes to drive to the closest small town, and we only have one visible neighbor who is about to move. I absolutely love living away from everyone. We are able to let our dogs be free and because I’m younger my grandparents have been able to live here much longer!

What an amazing community and the weather looks perfect for people that don't like the heat! And since you're saving so much on rent and bills buying a car would be easier and you'd be able to make it to the city if you needed to! I love it ❤️

meanwhile in the united states this would be a $5000/month luxury apartment with a golf course on the grounds most suburbs have no jobs or shops nearby and virtually require driving 15-30 minutes for groceries.
