@monax.lab: Over the past week, there’s been a lot of talk on social media about how Zelensky doesn’t want peace and how difficult it is to reach an agreement with him. Well, of course — because that’s what the President of the United States himself said. He even suggested that Ukrainians should replace their president. Apparently, he’s just too difficult to negotiate with. But when it comes to these negotiations, the president is simply representing the people of Ukraine. So, in reality, what he’s saying is that it’s difficult to reach an agreement with the Ukrainian people as a whole. I decided to push back against this narrative and explain what I believe Trump actually means when he says this. In my opinion, we’re witnessing a dangerous shift in focus. Instead of discussing Russia’s responsibility for the war, he’s chosen to focus on Ukraine’s supposed unwillingness to accept the proposed terms of peace. And yet, no concrete peace proposal has actually been presented, while every attempt by Ukraine to initiate meaningful negotiations has been undermined by Russia itself. And this is where we need to ask an important question: What does it actually mean to “reach an agreement with Ukraine,” and why is it supposedly so difficult? As you read the comments, be mindful of who you’re spending your time arguing with. There will probably be plenty of bots flooding the comment section. Because some people will assume this video is about Zelensky. But it’s not. This video is about what’s happening on a global scale right now — and the enormous injustice we’re all witnessing unfold in real time.

"it's so hard to make a deal with Zelenskiy" when putin flat out refuses to negotiate, ofc its more "difficult" that way
