The Geneva Conventions explicitly prohibit these acts, regardless of claims of occupation. Calling October 7 “resistance” doesn't make terrorism legal. When a governing entity, responsible for the lives and well being of a people, deciding to attack in a bestial manner a much stronger foe having ignored the most basic defensive needs of the population, they are not resistors, they become their executioners. Palestinians have proven they disdain a two state solution and will only accept a genocide against the Jews. Nothing that Israel has done falls into the definition of genocide. This is about propaganda. The Pro-Palestinian position is nothing more than bait and switch. There should be one state (Israel) until those that call themselves Palestinian are either ejected from Israel or accept peace.
