@iconsxicons: The original five didn't last long: Steven Adler was fired in July 1990, and Izzy Stradlin left in November 1991. Slash and Duff McKagan went on to form Velvet Revolver, whose 2004 debut hit No. 1, before both rejoined Axl for the 2016 Not in This Lifetime... Tour. That same year Axl even stepped in as lead singer for AC/DC's world tour. Izzy declined the reunion and kept releasing solo music, while Adler joined the band on stage in 2016 for the first time since 1990. Duff also founded a wealth management firm for musicians. All five were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2012.
