So Charlie Kirk is racist. He sees a black pilot and automatically forms an opinion based on the color of their skin. That's called prejudice which is a form of racism 😊 Sad he went out how he did but glad he's not in politics because he was walking the thin line of typical racist/transphobe and Nazi. We don't Nazis anywhere in the world least of all in the US where people are easily brainwashed 🗣️

I disagree because saying that hiring based on racial quotas would relax the standards and have less qualified people working in a position would suggest that the position would be better off with white individuals

none of his examples have EVER happened or are even remotely true. The policy is to hire more black pilots, not to do it by any means necessary. they eould just hire a qualified black pilot over a qualified white pilot to increase diversity in a white dominated field of work.
