According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, Trudy is a Category 2 hurricane with maximum sustained winds of 100 mph. A hurricane warning is in effect from Manzanillo in Colima to Cabo Corrientes in Jalisco. The center is expected to stay near the coast through Sunday evening before moving south of the Baja California Peninsula. The biggest danger is water.
