I had to quit my job cause I invited two girls to one of my shows and afterwards They just treated me really badly saying really mean things behind my back I learned to never invite my coworkers to my shows anymore.

You are correct that we are all hardwired to judge people. And that will not change according to psychologytoday.com. But you don’t always have to be yourself either. You should read the room self-aware follow social norms not harm anybody not make anybody uncomfortable. Sometimes if you’re yourself in the wrong situation, you can harm people. And to have a over and slated value of yourself that you can just be yourself and not follow social norms shows the lack of effort. Being solved doesn’t always take effort.
