I did this and then the next run I went on it was raining...and my shoes frothed up with fairy as they got wet 😅😅 just stuck them in a washing machine bag next time and all was okay x

soak in cold salt water than pop in the machine. Salt is fab for removing blood.

We have a shoe / boot dryer they are amazing. Plus Amazon have trainer sleeves to put them in in the washing machine to protect them
