Here’s how I made it: -Press pizza dough into a well-oiled cast iron skillet and poke holes all over with a fork. -Spread on pizza sauce and a generous amount of Parmesan cheese. -Bake at 425°F until the crust is about 90% cooked through. -Remove from the oven and add mozzarella ghosts with little pepperoni eyes and mouths. I made the ghosts by cutting a slice of mozzarella with a knife and used a straw to make the little pepperoni eyes and mouth. -Return to the oven for a few minutes, just until the ghosts start to melt. Don’t leave them too long or they’ll lose their shape!
