@chalenejohnson: Thank you for all your prayers. Update: in the 18 months since we adopted her, she’s undergone eight surgeries the most recent of which was a bilateral radical full chain mastectomy for another malignant mammory tumor. Unfortunately, the tumor grew very fast and they were unable to get clean margins. They also determined it had metastasized, but we don’t know where. So, we just finished doing radiation treatment last week. She will begin chemotherapy in a week or so and we are praying for remission. CONTEXT: She was a backyard breeding female and with each litter the rate of mammory cancer increases for canines. Sadly, the vet estimates that this little lady was maxed out on puppies in her 4 years. We ONLY want to hear your positive stories of outcomes after treatment.
