By law handicap parking cannot be designated for one person if vehicle. However if the vehicle is does not have a handicap placard or plate it can be towed immediately by police

All these people saying you can't designate a spot for 1 person, you absolutely can. There are homes near me that have handicapped spots in front with a designated placard # on it. If it's not your # you'll get towed!

If you don’t have a handicap sign, don’t be parking in the spot. That’s the law. I see that crap at Walmart all the time some people think they’re entitled, even though they’re not handicap.

You legally can't assign handicap parking to one person. Anyone who at the handicap sticker can park there. But if that person does not have a handicap sticker or black, then you have to call the police and let them deal with it. And also called the property manager and have the property manager tell them.

People who use the handicap spot when they themselves are not handicapped, but they have the placard because one of their parents or family members is disabled and they abuse that privilege !!

I also lost my rt leg, having a handicap spot outside ur apartment is open for anyone that also has a card, it’s sad how many have one when it’s not really necessary. If they did that for you specifically they should have a sign that says private parking only for ? Yep
