is the root color more what you’re looking for? like the root to match your ends? personally i think this color looks super pretty !! but when it comes to permanent color, it only is active and processes for 30-45 minutes depending on the brand. start at the roots first and refresh the ends for like 5-10, that helps prevent the ends from getting too dark and over processed! if you want the ends lighter tho, regular permanent hair color won’t be able to lift color like that. a color remover from sally’s would be more effective but it might make you’re hair lighter than you might want
