Oldfisher is correct! This was not a court marshal! This would be a UCMJ action and there is a max punishment for a field grade article 15 (which I find hard that this is a field grade). The max punishment this person would receive is loss of 1/2 pay for 2 months, 45 days extra duty and 45 days restriction (if combined with extra duty). Extra duty is that you will be doing extra work like cleaning or cutting grass after regular work hours and restriction means they can’t leave the base for 45 days. This is a common punishment and has been around for decades.
