Sonic's transition to 3d with SA1-2 was absolutely amazing but anything after that has gone down hill imo

"they just stuck with it" they immediately made a parkour gameplay formula, a beat em up side series, like 5 high quality mobile games, another Sonic 4, and finally an incredibly low budget purposefully bad "boost" game with no real gameplay and 90% of the game doesn't have the boost at all, made in a few months with zero effort because SEGA wanted money back from Sonic Boom. Generations was the last boom game, and even then the boost was such a minor gameplay formula that was only in one game entirely, with the other two games that had it only having it as half of the gameplay, with the werehog and classic filling up the other half.

Is sonic unleashed the werewolf one? I have very faint memories of playing it on my Wii as a kid.

Sonic Adventure 1 is my favourite sonic game closely by SA2. They need to go back to that style

The only new “modern” sonic game that’s done something different is that stupid mobile game I can’t access, apparently it’s really good and fun to play, WISH I COULD!!!
