Well once he seen a video camera I would have said he’s probably telling the truth. I would release him and apologize. Thats what I would have done. I’ve accidentally stopped a vehicle and I was wrong I released them and didn’t want to see the paperwork and I apologized. That’s before cameras in cars. But I took their word.

like the lady that got stopped for having a phone in her right hand. ....... but had no right hand just a stump. and he gave her a ticket anyways and the court dismissed it
