Can you show us where "Physics" states this? Physics actually tells us that water conforms to the forces acting upon it. In the case of our spherical earth, that force is gravity. Provide any physics paper or text that says the earth is flat?

Earth is not flat. If space didn’t exist or that the world is flat then the sun and the moon, earth too wouldn’t exist.
