We are fighting to pay for rent, groceries, gas etc…why would I care about an old car with bad gas mileage? It’s vanity. I don’t have enough money for vanity. I can’t afford vanity. I can’t afford $4/ gallon. I’m 32. I would LOVE to own an old Chevy. Can’t afford it. I have no actual use for it. I wish we lived in those days, but we don’t.

I know plenty of young people who want them problem is we watched our car family members buy the start to their project for 100-500 and now people want to fund their retirement with a classic car that needs 10 to 20k to be pretty nice

boomers will be dying and downsizing in droves over the next 5 to 15 years. a 100k auction car a few years ago will be 29k. a 29k car will be 9k. Mark my words. If youre holding onto classic cars for a retirement investment you better sell tomorrow. Not next year.. TOMORROW.
