Here’s the thing, you can be for a new system while using the old system! If he were able to get the system changed, then he would use that system. The issue that I have is people that don’t understand that high ranking leaders voting in person is not great. Imagine having to shut down a voting place for secret service for the president! All his voting is going to be public anyhow so mail in would be fine!
