That 1 Teach -Tylenol-American :
Teddy Roosevelt became a cowboy to grieve the death of his mom and wife. And succeeded. Cleaned up New York. Quit his office job to fight in a war. Would beat up Congressmen in exchange for “votes” in the White House. Took a bullet, rescued his assassin, gave a speech with a bullet two inches, parked against a rib.

Autism has been around a long time. It just had different names. As scientists and psychologists studied it, they were better at narrowing down the symptoms and effects. So many conditions have similar characteristics that only years of research can distinguish them.

One thing about Newton too is that we only hear about his mathematical and scientific contributions when in reality he was much more prolific in religious philosophy

Newton did invent calculus (alongside Leibniz), and his period of working at home during the plague was one of the most remarkable solitary bursts of scientific productivity in human history, yet diagnosing him with ADHD seems like a bit of a leap. Plus no apple fell on his head, he observed an apple fall that prompted his thoughts on force. Plus he had the idea of calculus but it was Leibniz who actually published it!

None of that proves he was autistic or adhd. He also did this work while a plague was engulfing Europe. And at the same time in Germany, Liebniz was developing the same calculus and neither knew the other. But both were polymaths.

Louis XVI hosted the first Bastille day. If that is not the perfect example of an autistic man misunderstanding a situation idk what is.
