I was probably at my peak athleticism last year. I had a pretty high vert for a 5’8 middle and after reinjuring myself, i had to start from 0. I had to play a new position, switch my technique etc. my coach didnt believe me when i said i can do better because he only saw the low vert, and less explosive version of me.
