Your first AI workflow needs a task you can check. Choose recurring work with accessible inputs, a clear acceptance rule and a named reviewer. Measure the baseline before changing the process. Record failures and the cost of corrections. AI Operator Weekly includes a free pilot worksheet in PDF and CSV. No account or email is needed to download it. Use it, then subscribe for the next practical issue. Confirmed readers who refer three other confirmed email addresses can unlock the private AI workflow decision and failure log.
