@malvern.news.live: 🚨 WEEKLY WEATHER & TRAFFIC REPORT 🚨 🌤️ IOWA WEATHER SUFFERS IDENTITY CRISIS: FREEZING SATURDAY, NEARLY 80° BY FRIDAY! MALVERN, IA — After weeks of rain, flooding, and enough mud to lose a small tractor, Mother Nature has apparently decided southwest Iowa deserves one last taste of summer. Chief Meteorologist Emily Carter reports temperatures will climb into the upper 70s by Friday. ☀️ SUNDAY — 67° Beautiful fall weather. Perfect for yard work or standing in your driveway discussing the weather. 🌤️ MONDAY — 66° Ideal harvesting conditions. Farmers rejoice. Everyone behind a combine does not. 🌤️ TUESDAY — 67° At least three Malvern residents will argue about whether it’s shorts weather. ☀️ WEDNESDAY — 75° Summer returns. Residents question why they turned their furnaces on Saturday. ☀️ THURSDAY — 76° Absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, everyone will be at work. 🌤️ FRIDAY — 77° Nearly 80 degrees in October. Scientists remain baffled. Farmers call it Tuesday. 🚜 MILLS COUNTY TRAFFIC REPORT Harvest continues across southwest Iowa. Drivers traveling between Malvern, Glenwood, and Emerson should expect delays behind combines traveling approximately 14 mph. Authorities remind motorists that aggressively tailgating a $600,000 combine will not make it go faster. Meanwhile, downtown Malvern traffic remains normal. Both vehicles made it through town without incident. 💧 BROUGHT TO YOU BY MALVERN SPRING WATER™ Bottled fresh from Silver Creek in Malvern, Iowa!
